This is a modified Goldmann type fundus lens with a 7.50mm diameter and +70D Plano-convex lens bonded to the anterior surface.

It normally used for ND-YAG laser posterior Capsulotomy and anterior vitreolysis. +30D lens condenses the laser energy.

The Plano-concave lens is useful for Argon / Diode laser of the central fundus. The flat surface has 30 degree prism which helps increase the field of view especially towards apex, by just rotation of the prismatic lens a wider field is covered.
